Iphone App

I want to have a App for Iphone developed with the following brief functionallity. A splash screen (image) at startup that stays visible until a XML with settings loaded from a webserver is loaded. If no data connection is active on the device you only get a page with contact info. and a alert message saying you need to be connected. The XML file should get info setting about number of tabs to display in the bottom and content of any page selected from the tabmenu. Most of the pages should be dispalyed from a html file witch the URL is provided from the XML. (Webviewer) We want to put a background image on some of the pages (also defined in the XML settings file). The developer should make the XML format as needed and we will integrate the XML format in our systems for data export to the app. We will do the approval of the app with apple ourself as we already have a developer licence from Apple. But the app must be programmed in a way it will be approved from Apple. A image gallery that have the same function for displaying images as the facebook app . A new option in xml ttype will be "image" so now the ttype could be list/html/image. If image is set in tab xml for one of the tabs then read turl for a new xml of images to scroll in the gallery. Images chould have a decription set in the image xml. Plaese adjust your bids and make a comment to accept this change in the project. I will if possible close the project in a few days and get the project started.
