Membership site - tracking links, etc

Started? a website? through [login to view URL] - PHP membership software. We don't fully understand video tutorials. We are in need of installing affiliate (two-tier) tracking options, setting up page links, payment links, a membership forum &? email auto responder. ## Deliverables I would like the final? work details to be agreed upon after our first introduction, in which to? discuss how certain apps perform, time frame for completion, etc...
