PSD 2 Real Estate Joomla

We have a PSD that we need to convert to Joomla. we need to install a module to show Real Estate projects. A module for Banners. A module for products. Real Estate Module we will show examples, and we will forward the available modules that we have. We need the developers to provide the best Real Estate module to serve our needs. we need the website to be in Arabic and English. Both languages will have the same layout, and functionality. We need VALID XHTML/CSS, and the design should work cross browsers (Firefox, IE6, IE7, Opera, Chrome, Safari) Please bid if you are Joomla expert and you have worked on Real Estate websites.
