Convert Excel spreadsheet with Macros to Google Docs Spreadsheet with similar functionality

I cannot convert my version of excel spreadsheet to Google docs Spreadsheet The spreadsheet is as attached but I would like to be able to do the same on Google Doc spreadsheets I need to have: 1. The All worksheet and code sheet are all I need 2. The drop down macro and selection in M2 3. The class filter macro 4. The surname search / macro 5. The same data 6. The colours of cells / columns do not matter but similar would suffice 7. Easy to use as the current Excel version
