Free Hit Counter Site

Need script installation/script modification for website where visitors select from a variety of graphical hit counters to use on their own website. Once they select their hit counter style and parameters, it will generate html that the user can copy and paste onto their site and be hosted remotely by me. There should also be alt tags/title tags to add keywords to the html generated. The script should function as it does on [login to view URL] And it should also allow the user to selct what count to start the hit counter at as well.
