9440 Need some options mysql db

Hi We have a free adultchat with a simple register script. We looking for someone how want's to upgrade our script with a little more options. The options we need are : 1 Password recovery, chatters click on a link give there e-mailadres and password wil be send. 2 Ip Blacklist, chatters on this list can not register any more. 3 The script set a coockie for 200 day's now, we want to have a little checkbox so chatters are able to choose if the want a coockie for so long (some chatters have more accounts and its not easy then) 4 Not possible to register a existing name (now it's possible) and if a account is dead for 2 month's it must be removed from the database. 5 Not more than 2 accounts per ip (need to check) 6 Possibility to send a newsletter to all the registered e-mail adresses
