I need a lost and found type website similar to http://www.lostandfound.com. The website will function similar to that website, but will be completely free. I already have the design, but I just need the programming done. It should have all the features of [login to view URL] but without the token thing because the website is free. *2 or 3 places for google ads on each page *must be a member to contact someone *ability to flag abusive ads Site must be secure against hacks, sql injections, cross-site scripting, etc. I need to be able to manage all members and listings from the admin section.
