Magento Site: 85% DONE. Magento Expert Needed.

Requirements: • You must have VAST EXPERIENCE on Magento • You must have some design skills to make a better layout. • GOOD COMMUNICATION Skills. • GOOD REFERENCES. All we need is a Functional, Complete, Working Website with little bit customization. I'm AWARE of that most of these are VERY SIMPLE tasks for an experienced Magento Programmer. We want to work with a Magento Expert who has vast knowledge and has done many complete Magento Stores before. We're using this Magento Template: [login to view URL] The website is currently working with no payment and SSL set up. Product list is created and completed with all pricing and other information. Right now we can navigate through all the product pages and everything works fine so far. What we need: 1 – I need some changes on the layout. Example 1: On the index page random or new product images show. This is not what I want. Instead of random products I want to use separate ads/images (linked to certain pages). You will need to Bigger image under the slide show. Then smaller images under the big image. Example 2:On the category and sub category pages there are also some minor changes. I want to use certain images and text fields. At the bottom of the entire website there must be 12 links (linked to the appropriate pages). And we want to remove the Magento link from the entire website. 2 – The buyer AFTER the checkout must be able to upload MULTIPLE files. There are already UPLOAD FILES pages on my website. What you need to do is that AFTER the visitor make a payment they should be directed to the UPLOAD FILES pages. You don't have to program an upload feature. 3 – Product Page: We're using standard and custom options on each product pages. But some text fields and image fields must be created. I don't like the look of the product pages. We want to make a better product page layout that will be used for each product. 4 – We need SSL set up: I prefer to use Free Shared SSL that comes with the hosting plan. If we need to buy a Dedicated SSL, I will. I'm open to suggestions. 5 – Payment Method set up: I want to use PayPal payment method. But the shopping experience must be professional. We want to use a PayPal method that does not require the client to have a PayPal account. I will go a get the necessary codes from my PayPal account page. I'm open to suggestions on payment method. You need to have enough knowledge and experience for payment method set up. Our logo must be seen on the PayPal page (if we use PayPal). 6 – Some font-size-color changes etc. In the ENTIRE store, ALL logos, e-mails, telephone numbers must be ours. We don't want to send out our clients Magento logo or dummy e-mail addresses. 7 – You will need to set up an html e-mail and newsletter with our logo, telephone number and e-mail address. Currently these e-mails are set with Magento logo and info. 8 – Invoice layout must be designed. The default invoice design that comes with Magento doesn't fit our product info and product features. Right now the invoice doesn't look good with the longer product features. 9 – Remove Shipping Cost Calculation: The default shipping calculation cart must be TEMPORARILY REMOVED. We will use the shipping calculator at a later time. So I don't want you to remove all the script from the program. I want to remove shipping calculator for now. 10 – IMPORTANT: On every page, we want to have one subscription box. Visitors will enter their e-mail address. They will have check boxes. One for Newsletter, One for Receive Coupons, One for Free Offers.... This is very important for us. You must know what you're doing. 11 – COUPON. We want to be able to Generate Coupon Codes for certain products and send them out. You need to create 4-5 coupon codes. I will change the expiration dates. + You will need to give me a step by step instruction about how to generate, send through e-mails and publish these coupons on other websites. 12 – The general info pages (About Us, Terms, Resources etc) must be customized. This doesn't mean that we will need to re-design the whole pages. I just need to insert images and EXTRA text fields. Example 1: About Us Page. I need couple image on this site. And some separate text fields. And most other general pages will look the same, I will change the content. Example 2: Resources page: This page will contain many image and text field under each image. This page will be used for instructions. I also need duplicated pages. I will change the image and the text. All pages must be linked. All pages must be shown on the Admin Page so I can make updates on them later.
