C++ Expert

I need an expert C++, PHP and JavaScript programmer to upgrade an existing application. It's a small offline application which is partially a web application and partially a small server application which communication with a network device. The logic of the application is as follows: Web Site <-> Application <-> Network Device. The application is compiled as a single installation, which installs a webserver, sqllite and communication server. I need a skilled programmer to upgrade the application to the following logic: Apache Webserver <--> MySQL <--> Communication Server <--> Network Device or IIS <--> MSSQL <--> Communication Server <--> Network Device I have full source code and documentation on application and network device. i will provide application document which will explain in more detail how the current application works and the type of skill set you will need to take on this project. ony experience freelancers can apply and need to provide references and proposal for the project
