install oscommerce and import inventory

We need a fresh install of oscommerce 2.2 or 2.3 and then inventory imported from our distributor. The inventory must be imported automatically according to distribs schedule. all docs and files will be supplied as well as cpanel/ftp login. I also attached a readme file directly from the distributor with details of the files. They are csv and xml files. We would prefer things done with the xml where possible. not documented in that file is the daily price/inv update file which is in xml format. This will have to be imported as well(daily obviously). please ask any questions. deadline is flexible if required.
