i need someone to build a site that is a clone of ustream but with some small changes... members will need to be able to create an account then start their own channels and broadcast themselves this site will need to be able to host thousands of webcams running at the same time and record their broadcast for playback... my goal is to build a free to broadcast site without any commercials. please only contact me if you have done this type of site already and can show me a link to it, i am not looking for someone who thinks they can build the site i want to see one that you have done already.
