USB VIRTUAL MOUSE PROGRAM with VIDEO

Program will run on a windows xp/vista/7 pc 1 and then pc 1 will connect to another PC 2 through a usb cable. Program in PC1 will show a mouse touch pad with left click and right click option and up/down/left/right control screen to move and control mouse on PC2. When user moves the mouse in that window or clicks will control the PC2. No software or additional drivers can be installed on PC2. PC2 must detect the PC1 USB Connection as a standard usb mouse used in any Windows XP machine. Video feed from a usb webcam connected to PC1 must also appear in the Program Window. This webcam will be looking at the monitor connected to PC2. If possible instead of webcam a usb video capture device with composite video(rca) input can be used. please find mockup picture attached.
