vb2008 crystal form

This project is so I understand how to do this simple Crystal Form Program in VB2008. Take the preprinted program supplied and make it the background on a crystal form. With information supplied by a SQLce database print the form correctly. ## Deliverables 1. inhibit the form image from being printed 2. if there are changes, IE 1a Insured ID or 21 diagnosis, then a new form will be printed 3. a total will be printed for each form in section 28, not a running total just for each form. 4. if section 24 has more then 6 items, then a new form will be printed 5. A number will be generated and the total billed for that claim will be put into the sql database 6. A VIDEO OF HOW ITS PROGRAMED WILL BE PRODUCED SO I CAN UNDERSTAND IT just ask questions because this may not be clear. You must use the crystal form in vb2008
