VB6 Program to add uninstall and run as services

We have a small VB6 program that needs the following enhancements. The program is written in VB6. We need the following features. 1. Add uninstall / install feature to the problem 2. Need some works to make it work well on Vista. Currently it pops up some warnings when doing IP updates. 3. We need the program to run as service that may require the coder to add extra program to use the existing GUI functions. Currently there is extra exe program to run it as service but we don't have source code of it and we don't really know if it works or not. You need not much enhance functions for the program. We just want to have the uninstall program, run it as services , and make it compatible to Vista. However, you need to make sure the program can run on Window's platforms including Windows 2000 and XP (current the program works well on them) plus Vista. Deadline is not important if it is not taking unreasonable time to finish. When the project is done, we need you to provide full documentation so that we know how to make changes to it in the future. The program is dynamic DNS client for [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Vista, XP, Window 2000
