Redesign Visual Basic Simple GUI

I have source code for a Visual Basic application (.exe file when compiled) **Here's what I need:** 1) Change the name of the product on all pages, including install wizard and "box headers" on each interface when program is launched (i'll supply this when we start--simple name change of 1-2 words different) 2) Update all GUIs to have professional look and feel - right now they are "default MS DOS system" like and I want glass buttons and very professional "retail" looking appearance. Example of existing is in attached file. We can agree on exact specs on this based on examples of your work or some 3rd party interface we can both see.
