86085 Member/Bank/Referral System

First off, let me explain how my site is going to work. It will be a site where I will provide Layouts/codes/generators/pics/etc. There will be a "free" section, and a Premium Section. The free section is obviously free, but for the Premium section you have to SIGN UP, and BUY the layouts/etc. To make money, you sign up and get your own referall ID link, which you will send to others and each time someone CLICKS it, you receive 10$ to your bank account. Then you can use that money to buy the things you want. MEMBER SIGN UP/LOGIN SYSTEM:============================================================= Sign up: Should include the following: (*= required) -UserName* -Password* -Confirm Password* -Valid E-mail* -Display name* -Myspace URL:* After the member signs up he should receive his own set referall ID link such as blah.com/refid=username (somewhat like on this scriptlance site.) All this should be saved on a mysql database Member Welcome Page:========================================================= After the member logs in, he should have his own Welcome/Statistics Page that displays his display name, referall ID link, amount of clicks, and amount of money. ADMIN CONTROL PANEL ==================================== The admin control panel should be able to control the whole website ranging from index pages, navigation, to being able to control members and items for sale.
