Data imported into Graphs made in php

I have a script running called netoffice dwins or joomla, and need an addon feature installed that allows call data from a CD to be imported and displayed into tables and graphs so only the client can see. I would like to have it so the monthly data that is in CSV format can be imported into the website and then it will post it so the client can then view it only, month by month as new data comes in and compare it. I already have an excel sheet of the data and how I want it layed out, so all you need to do is make it show up just like the excel sheet and display it on the web form and make it catagorize it in monthly form somehow Once you understand this, its a VERY easy project and I need it done pretty quickly, I prefer if your in the United states and able to talk on the phone, but if your VERY good english speaker I will concider you too from over seas...
