I would like a website clone of bidnip.com. All of the features and pages. You can sign up for a free account there to see all the of features. an e-mail is sent after each auction that a user sniped letting them know if they won, bid was too low, or they were outbid. I also need to know how to keep up to date with eBay server issues, changes that would affect my sniping service, etc. I'd like for it to be easy to add upgrades and other features without requiring a complete rewrite. Looking on the net I saw a similar service that claimed it didn't need the users password to make a bid on eBay. If that's possible, that would be something I may be interested in. The site must be secure. I saw another service explaining that they keep their users' names and passwords for eBay in separate places for better security, if that makes any sense. The script should regularly synchronize with eBay's servers so that the snipes or place at the right time. there should be an admin panel allowing me to do whatever I would need to to oversee such a site and an easy to edit template that the layout is based on. I would like to install it on a Linux/UNIX server, so the scripting language would have to be compatible with that. I would prefer it be written in PHP if possible but if another scripting language makes more sense to use, let me know. Looking on the net I also saw that someone wrote a similar script in about 12 or 13 hours and that eBay was easy to work scripts around. The graphics aren't that big of a deal right now, I'm more concerned about the functionality. I would like the scripting to be well documented within the script itself so that a programmer(if not you) can quickly and easily make modifications in the future. I like to find someone that would be willing to work with me in the future to keep the script up to date with eBay changes, but now you're just bidding to create the site. previous experience with eBay's API would be a plus unless there is a more effective way to do it without using eBay's API. I would like to see a working demo before payment is completed. if you need anything clarified, just let me know. A clone of [login to view URL] is what I want. Thank you
