Hi, i read your project description, you want your website to work well in mobile devices also. Well this is an easy job and can be done by creating a CSS file for mobile devices and inserting it in every page along with the present css file. The mobile devices will automatically pick the css file which have be specially created for them and your website will look good in mobile devices also.
