New website with eight pages

I need a website with eight pages that will promote portfolio website templates for sale to photographers, models and makeup-artists etc. The design and must be designed in Photoshop or Fireworks and supplied to me in a layered/editable format and code in HTML, CSS and jQuery. (Completed and ready for me to upload to my host) I want the design to be simple, un-cluttered and professional with SEO in mind, validated code and cross browser compatible. (Including IE6) My budget is $200 maximum. Quotes above this budget will not be considered. The successful bidder will also have the opportunity for more ongoing work including the design and development of the about 8 to 10 portfolio websites. I need to see a mock-up of your ideas for the home page design so that I can see if you can supply the work I need. I have created a wireframe of every page that you can work with, which can help you with the layout design. Pages description: 1.
