e-Newsletter Creator

I want a web based e-newsletter building application. There will be 24 Templates created by you to choose. The templates will be used as e-newsletters of our content focused web sites. So the goal of the newsletters is to provide traffic to our web sites. Therefore the newsletter templates should be desinged in order to provide content (titles, sub titles, pictures etc). When the user clicks to any title on a newsletter he/she will read the rest of the story on our web site. Just imagine the e-newsletters of newspaper or magazine web sites which they send to their registered users periodically in order to generate traffic to their web sites. . The user will choose a template and will be able to edit it in an easy way. The editable template should be in front of the user where he/she will edit the texts, edit the the links and upload new pictures. Each template should have a 728x90 banner on top of it. This place will be used either with a jpeg banner uploaded directly by the user or with a banner code which will receive the banner from our ad server. After the newsletter is ready the system will send it to our tech department with an e-mail (attached HTML document and picture folder etc). They make the e-mailing which is not a part of this job. You can use and modify ready-to-use templates which can be found on internet. We don't need unique ones. We just want nice looking templates. Please make the offer if you think you will provide templates which will not require too many feedback for changes from our side. I don't have time to deal with 24 templates. I just want to check each template and say "nice, you can use it." Templates should be desinged according to these topics (2 for each): - Women (regular) - Women (elite, like Vogue readers) - Teenager Girls - Music - Men - Economy and Finance - Travel - Cooking - Computers and Technology - PC and Console Games - Cars - Life Style IN SHORT our problem is the following: We have many web sites and we send e-newsletters to our registered users in order to increase their traffic. Now the editors of the sites send the texts and pictures to the tech staff, and they create the newsletters before making the e-mailnig. What I want is to let the editors to build the newsletters without any HTML knowledge. They will choose a template, edit it and send the ready-to-use HTML document and pictures to the tech staff. tnx
