Perch site help - repost

We had a company create a website for us using Perch a year or so ago—now we need to make some changes and need your help. Changes seem pretty simple, but I'm sure an expert can be more efficient in helping us get it done. Here's what we need: 1) Swap out the logo 2) Add a couple of pages. 3) Edit a bunch of text (we can do that via the CMS. 4) Fix a few goofy things in the CSS (line spacing, etc.) I think that's it.
