PHP to accept photo upload, extract EXIF GPS data, store in MySQL db, plot on map using Google Maps API

I'm looking for a php script (usable in a website) that will allow a user to: 1) upload a photo (we can discuss, where/how) 2) extract pertinent EXIF data 3) insert EXIF data into MySQL db 4) take data from db, plot using GPS coordinates on a Google Maps API 5) display data from db in some viewable (text) format Additionally if feasible, export kml/kmz files. Bonus for skinning/integration ** I know that MANY, MANY sites do what I am asking for. I have also been around long enough to have seen MANY, MANY sites come and go. But I need this for a non-profit charity. It is a research project and it needs to be enduring, long-lasting and dependable. It can't suddenly go down because a company is bought, sold or goes out of business. I do not have future-budget to 'move my site' or convert it, etc. I have been hosting websites since the early 90's and with robust code, running on my servers, I won't have anything to worry about.
