PHP Scripting - Log File Presentation for Website

Hi All, Publishing a project for you. I require a new log fetching page to be created. The main bits of the project have already been completed previously but now it needs refinement. This project will use a heap of rules defined by me to the awarded person for log file. This is using [login to view URL] file and then a new file will need to be created. This is going to be used for display purposes and needs to be built correctly. The awarded person must be able to complete several revisions under the project fee to ensure that the project works well.
