I need an expert WordPress coder to create a Pixel PERFECT WordPress Theme from my PSD Design. This is exactly what I need done: - Convert my PSD File to a WordPress Theme EXACTLY - You will need to implement my provided Sales Copy and graphics (taking note to keep Fonts, Colors, Designs, etc, CONSISTENT with the original design) - Behavior of Website will need to mirror a Site Template I will provide for you. - Implement our other pages (About, Services, Testimonials, Portfolio, Contact) - Implement the web form to automatically email me when filled out by the potential client. - Implement a Pop-up Contact Form On Home Page to automatically email me as well - Setup of a Domain / Hosting Account that I provide - Setup Email Account Please put "Pixel Perfect" in your bid so I know you have read and understand the directions.
