Plugin needed for vBulletin forum - bitcoin exchange

I am going to start a forum based on vBulletin that will allow users to trade btc/ltc and eventually plan to add more crypto-coins down the road. I need someone who can develop a plugin for vBulletin that would allow members of the forum to exchange bitcoins with litecoins through some kind of exchange system that the plugin will bring to the forum. If you visit [login to view URL] this is a exchange site, I need something like this developed but built into vBulletin but only for bitcoins and litecoins and not the other coins. The plugin will need to have the following available - Profile section where users can deposit coins into their account via their wallet address - Admin area to set fees, settings, etc - Chart and Table showing recent buys/sells and the highest sell and lowest sell prices More will be discussed with the selected worker.
