Website or MyBB/Wordpress forum customization.

Hi, I am looking for some one who will customise forum software . Have to create good looking logo. Customize forum to paste adsence scripts, social network related scripts. At present I am using My BB open source forum software. But some of them are posting their adsence posts and creating some noncence posts I think they are doing automatically with [login to view URL] please suggest me which is secure forum software. To project these type of noncence what type of techniques you will suggest me ? While posting a add I would like to use captcha type of software. Have to create SEO friendly forum(Meta tags,sitemap,RSS ects..) .
