wordpress additions and changes

I am a website contractor and need a few good helpers for this site, and then others later. Immediate need is that I have additions to a wordpress website that need to be done. (yes, a freelancer disappeared again!). I hope someone who chooses this will be able to make the changes on a timely basis (as soon as possible!) and will communicate the status to me several times in a day. These changes include: 1. adding links from a gov. website on a page, 2. adding drop down menus, 3. mimicking two other sites on how they link to the gov. sites. Other simple tweaks include making the tabs even out on the front page, recreating the sidebar and simple copy and paste additions. Last but not least we must transfer the site from one domain/hosting to the final domain/hosting. I would like this done by Monday, the 28th of May, before the end of the week would be great. ------------------------------------------ Added 22 MAY 2012, 20:45 PM EDT I have a set budget.
