Wordpress Theme from layered PSD (with layer comps)

This project is to convert the PSD files into a Wordpress theme. The result must be a Responsive Design (that works on traditional PC's as well as mobile devices and tablets). FONTS: Anywhere there is text on the site, the text must remain as a font and not be converted into an image. We have attached Google Webfont choices for the fonts used in the Feature section of the homepage. HOMEPAGE FEATURE: this section needs to be a gallery slider, however, it is very important that it will take a single image, or HTML+Images. We do not know what our designers will create for this section in the future (video, images, text and images, etc)...so the gallery needs to take anything the user supplies. We are only supplying 1 design for the gallery (it looks like 3 different designs - Life, Story, Soul, but it is only to be considered as one group). Content authors for this project should be able to picksort of theme to put on an page they are creating and then be able to add content. If their content does not match one of the page themes in this project, they should pick the Blank page theme and layout their own page.
