I Need someone to build a highend wedding website that allows users to create their own sites from our templates. I would need a minimum of ten templates which can just be changed to the preferred user colour scheme. At least 3 - 5 css colours. I would prefer something like [login to view URL] and wedquarters.com. Please look at the above mentioned sites for the kind of pages I need. Each user will be limited to a certain amount of disk space. I need a PHP/mysql database, admin panel and user panels. The preferred bidder should be able to provide ongoing support and the website should be search engine friendly and able to be updated easily. I would also require a paypal payment function and ability for the user to choose different tariffs according to their needs. If you need further information, please let me know.
