Qt framework scraper

I have a scraping system written in C# for an online poker site client which was working until this morning. The scraper automatically opens tournament lobbies and dumps the information into a text file. The online poker site updated their client software from using standard Windows controls to the Qt framework -- however, at first glance, everything else appears to be the same. Obviously the listviews and whatnot are no longer working. I need the scraper to be updated to work with the Qt framework. I am not sure if it will need to be totally rewritten or if it can just be updated. I can provide the C# source along with some working examples of what it should be doing.
