Mobile Application

Hello, I need a mobile phone/pda application in which users can put time the amount of time they have worked on a particular date along with the rate, and? user should be able to use it? as trial version for 7 days and after that they can? pay us and buy the registration key.? I can provide an excel file of the idea once I accept the bidding. I will need a versions which can work on mobile phones, PDA, Blackberry and Iphones. All the best.
