Here are all details about what we need: We have 2 Microsoft Excel files, which I want that couldn't be read (or modified), but to have a "friendly" interface, so that the user could introduce the numbers he want and then to have the result. This program helps loto players, but they must not see what it contains (program), as you we'll se in those 2 files, just to introduce the new results of the extractions and the date, (with the possibility to save this dates in the crypted documents) and those doc. to generate the result (a button, or maybe the same time as typing, doesn't matter). Every user must buy this program and he will receive an initial password, which will be available just for one computer. The password will be a combination depending by some parameters of the computer and an initial password which he receives with the product. When the user introduces the initial passowrd and the mac address (for example or hdd number,etc) the software should ask him for a second password which he receives from us. We also wish that the 2 excel files can modified any time by us, and to introduce them back in the software (or make the changes directly) because in time the product will become better. We are waiting for your answers about this, and also we new that those details requests new changes in the bids (price). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
