Wordpress blog template design

We're looking for a designer to build an original WordPress template for us, that we can use for several legal blogs. The template should be optimized and have an integrated SEO module as well. We're looking for modern, cutting-edge design that is intuitive to a visitor and user-friendly. The template should be easily customizable by a non-programmer (by customizable I mean, the editor of the website, who does not know to write code, should be able to insert & edit content in all fields of the blog, e.g. footer, header, sidebar, not just in the blog posting section). Also, the template should have a "contact us" form, plus all the typical functions of a WordPress template. When you submit your quote for the blog template, please also submit a quote for the installation of the template. Once again, we're looking for ORIGINAL design for the template, that we will own EXCLUSIVELY. I've had experience with freelancers stealing someone else's designs off the Internet and trying to submit them to me as their own. Don't waste my time with that because I'll have you banned from Freelancer and every other major freelance website. I'll ask for the psd native files to see that you yourself designed the template you submit. I have several more webdesign projects after this one. I look forward to a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with the successful freelancer for this job.
