Drupal template -ability to change colour in theming

Please see the attached file. I need a drupal 6 template The template must be able to change colour using the theming engine in the drupal CMS (just like the garland template). The areas that need to change colour are: 1. Menu background 2. Border of picture frame 3. Main background (this is a slight gradient) 4. Footer section 5. Text - headings, menu text The template must work in IE6, IE7, FF1.5 and FF2 Minimum resolution for template should be 1024x768 Only experienced drupal template designers to bid.
