Dwins Netoffice customization

We need to customize dwins/netoffice ([login to view URL]) to fit our company needs. The requested change/addons are : Projects : * add a code field for project/phases/tasks * import tasks and phases definition using xml description or csv file * import ressource/client information using xml description or csv file * add estimation/actual workhour fields for project/phase (sum of tasks workhour) * change date format to DD/MM/YYYY * export actual workhour by ressource for project/phase in xml/csv format Tasks : * assign task to ressource when editing task * assign estimated time to task with due date * add constraints to data when a task is affected to multiple ressources Timesheet/Calendar : * add workhour/tasktime to calendar * add project due date to participants/managers calendar * add approuved leave request to calendar Team : * Define groups to be assigned to a project task Documentation : * ERD * general architecture/design * dynamic model Bidder SHOULD have a PROVEN experience with Netoffice and be able to show a demo site with Netoffice addons. A SOUND project plan SHOULD BE exposed that present how the bidder will tackle the project with a macro planning included During the bidding phase, no other communication mean will be provided except email. The project output should be delivered no later than Jan 31th.
