Fix Open Realty Templates

Ensure that supplied 30 odd Open Realty Templates are all working the same and compatable with O-R version 2.5.8. HTML Templates. ## Deliverables 1. All Templates to have the same features and compatable for Real Estate. Most are. 2. Then modify all templates to be usable for Car Dealer instead of Real Estate. In other words, remove wording related to Real Estate and change to Car Dealer. Change Beds, Baths rooms, etc to typical Car requirements. Doors, Cylinders, cc/liters, etc 3. Modify all templates to be usable for general use, for example, no mention of any specific industry or doors, bedrooms, etc, but just Price. There should be THREE sets of 30 Templates. Just add a feature where it is not available in the menu. For some reason some templates are not complete. You need to have your own Linux installation with O-R installed on it for developing/adapting. (You could use a Fox installation on Windows with MySQL and PHP. Templates are HTML Based.
