We need flash developer who have good experience in ActionScript and Flash Designing. You should have prior experience in developing flash application with PHP and XML. The application that we need to develop is highly dynamic So experience is MUST. Conditions 1. You should be able to show your prior work. 2. You should have Good Communication skill. 3.
