Flash template and actionscript

I need a flash based template design and actionscript that is similar to this: [login to view URL] The design must be original, appealing and shouldn't copy the graphics of the example. The design must be configurable by xml, and I will be able to change anything in the design from the xml file. The designer/developer will have to include the configuration options that you can find in the attached [login to view URL] file. in order to be chosen, you have to provide a strong Flash and ActionScript portfolio.
