Script Addon

I have a site [login to view URL],with a script called jamroom I want to addon to this with a battle script First thing I need to have options with the control panel so they can access this option plus me the admin can control it with in the control panel that’s already there then this is what I need done I need options for payment to join the battles and admin options for that also free and paid,from there I need a system for the users to create battles recording them selfs on the site with a option of using instrumentals we provide with in a flash player/recorder then when that’s done it post on the site in a battles section then I want were others can challenge them also and a voting system so people can vote on them with a set time say 1-4 days to vote on it Then I want a admin option for me to create a contest and then they can join it and it to be on a voting system also If you can not do this then don’t bother I need this done asap and I don’t want the run around like the last time I tried this and lost my money
