SugarCRM & Asterisk Integration

Hi We need to create a reliable SugarCRM (Ver 5.0) and Asterisk (Any Asterisk Distribution trixbox, elastix, PBXinaflash) Integration. We are flexible on the use of VoIP client and the method to create this solution - we expect that a developer who has done this or similar before can suggest a suitable solution. Our Requirement: 1) Outbound dialling from SugarCRM Lead, Contact, or Account that allows user to automatically create a record of call start and end time, a note of call details, record call (all or part) And within options send email, schedule new meeting, add a task etc. 2) Inbound call pop-up showing caller name/company and opening relevant page in SugarCRM with an option to create a record of call start and end time, a note of call details, record the call (all or part). For inbound calls that are not recognised the user should be able to create a new lead, account or contact and an option to create a record of call start and end time, a note of call details, record the call (all or part). And within options send email, schedule new meeting, add a task etc 3) We have used a couple of existing "integrations" VoiceRD etc and want something bug free, documented and extensible. We many want to productise this and sell it. The “integration” must allow for version upgrades to SugarCRM without breaking! We also require some customization (2- 4 days or work) to SugarCRM this will be described to the wining bidder and costed as a separate project. The bidder must know Asterisk and SugarCRM and have references form work involving the integration of the two products. Please do not bid if you don’t have this knowledge and experience and references. The code must be comprehensively documented in English to allow for further, future customization. We will use GAF escrow for all payments. Please PM any questions. I think the budget is OK but if you need to bid higher – please explain why – for the right solution and developer we will pay a good market rate.
