NDA to be signed before starting the work Site layout - A Coupon Code Validating Website Should have Validator & Creator Login Creator to have Login of Company email id only. Validator to have company email ID only no gmail, yahoo, Hotmail, outlook to log in Creator Create a Voucher Code with traveler detail Voucher To be created for different club at different locations (can be multiple( 1. Name 2. Contact Number 3 Contact Email ID 4. PNR of Flight 5. Date and Time of Accessing Club 6. Number of Pax to access club After creating the Pass - System to send Email to Travelers with Voucher Codes System to send a cc mail to Creator designated email & validator email address also (Check Box to confirm if required) Validator Login - To Input code and verify the details with customer documents and allow the access In case of Mis Match can check the Mis Match information so it can be cross verify by the creator end for taking with traveler Both above case a system mail to be sent to creator specified email address if required Generate of MIS for all Valid Access & All Non-Valid access. Both Creator / Validator can check database with Name / PNR / Date / Coupon used / not used Database with travelers Mobile Number and email id t be maintained & cheeked Creator can re verify after traveler visit if the coupon has been checking by validator or not Download Report in excel. CSV or in PDF form or on-Screen View To build all this on Google Cloud Hosting for us.
