Create Quiz site

want a website that will take quiz. You can do this either with WordPress or separated website. 1. First page of the quiz should have some user data like. Name, Roll, address etc. Admin can create the field. 2. No need to sign up. Guest can give exam. 3. Quiz time count will start from second page. 4. Once first page finish and give all data then only he can press the next. Roll have some conditions of validation. Without validation roll will not work. In first page some data will be entered as unique data. Will not accept duplicate. First page will show some user data like, users IP address, user browser, user IP location, broadband name etc. So, that students aware he is tracking... 6. Question will decide into certain section. Like each section 5 -10 question according to admin. So, that no one take screenshots of whole question paper. 5. Quiz have open and end date and time limit. Like it will available.l 9pm to 10pm. 6. Quiz have duration limit. Like 20 minutes. When 20 minutes finish quiz ends. 7. Quiz have questions bank. From question bank randomly question will through. Like question bank have 100 questions. If admin select 50 question then randomly 50 question will select for each students. For each students question will different. 8. Marking Quiz Mark Each question have a mark. Admin will select mark for questions. Timing mark. Like if admin Set total timing mark 100 and if exam time 20 minutes. Then if someone give exam in one minutes he will get 100 Mark. If someone give exam in 20 minutes he will get mark 1. This way mark will distribute. Less time more mark. Mark will point wise. 3 point. Like minutes count 2.345 minutes. Same mark count accordingly. Total mark Quiz+time. 9. After exam admin can download results sheet in excel. Results sheet students details, time mark and quiz Mark and sum show. And last column position. 10. Admin can decide whether mark will show after exam or not. 11. No one can give exam 2nd time with same user data. 12. Quiz page must be optimized highly and very light. So, that at a time 10 to 30 thousands students can participate without create heavy load to server. If any other condition needed that can secure exam must be implemented .
