Create a Real Property Tax Information System using PHP and MySQL

We are in need of a Real Property Tax Information System for our property tax department. The current process of managing property tax records manually has become increasingly difficult and prone to errors. Property Detail Page: Users can view the details of a property, including its address, owner name, assessed value, tax year, and tax bill amount. 3. Payment Processing: Users can pay their property tax bills online using various payment methods such as credit/debit card or e-check. 5. Billing and Receipt Generation: The application generates property tax bills and receipts for property owners after successful payment processing. 6. Reporting: The application generates various reports such as property tax delinquency report, property tax revenue report, and property tax assessment report. 7. User Management: The application allows the administrator to manage users, including adding, modifying, and deleting user accounts. 8. Security: The application provides secure access to the property tax records through login authentication and authorization mechanisms.
