experienced PHP script modifier

1) Post the years of experience you have in PHP I need a php script modifer, who is avaliable during EASTERN TIME (right now around 8:00 Am EST to 10:00 PM est) preferably in eastern europe time, since we tend to work easier . I have a MESSAGE BOARD that needs modification , it is working with flash, I need to add: --------------- 1) moderator functions - Hide video checkbox which video to hide it will not display these videos in [login to view URL] if hidden. - truncate topic , make sure not longer then 50 chars - edit video title - edit topic title -------------------- I will pay by the day, $50 for a good days of modifying editing.
