fix Wordpress caching

Warning: fopen(/home/notsafe4/public_html/wp-content/cache/[login to view URL]) [[login to view URL]]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/notsafe4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cache/[login to view URL] on line 96 I need this fixed ... I know it something simple but I don't have time to figure it out. I checked all the premissions and they seem ok. Get the caching plugin working 100% I have a lot of traffic on my site right now. I neeed this fixed... (approx 600- 700 people online , more sometimes) Thanks DO NOT BID IF YOU CANT FIX THIS ASAP !!! I'm reposting because people are bidding and ...I guess going to spleep BID AND CHECK FOR MY SELECTION !!! DON'T Just Disapear!!!
