google map v3 - just updated but need sidebar mouseover to map function

very simple project... I need a simply piece of code that will do following: on my site (see this link [login to view URL] )- to the left is sidebar with list of places, and to the right is newly updated google map V3. (V2 google maps is no longer working - and I already had this function working - but can't figure it out how to make it in V3). What I am asking is following: When scrolling down or going with mouse over the sidebar list to the left - I would like to have map on the right to single out ( pop up) place icon with basic info - as if you just clicked on this map icon )... I hope this makes sense - let me know if you have any question.... I have [login to view URL] file that needs to be modified to work.... I need this done ASAP and with small budget $10-$20.
