New Discord Bot

Hello i am hoping to have a discord bot made for my community. Lowest bids = best chance of getting hired. This bot would need to track all reactions (emojis) on any/all messages for every user. The bot would need to... 1. Track all reactions used for every user (total count for every user) 2. Track reactions over a requested timeframe; 1hour, 12hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, all time(since bot joined) for a specified user or the community. 3. Track how many separate messages a user reacted to 4. Track a total server count of reactions used. 5. Show an average of how many reactions per post in general 6. Show an average of how many reactions per post for each user 7. A switch i can toggle on/off removing users from the server if they havent reacted to a post in a certain timeframe (1 week, 1 month, 1 year) this should be set to off and only turned on if requested to with a command. 8. A leaderboard showing the top users who have reacted the most, but also another top leaderboard for who reacted to the most separate posts I want this to have me request the data with commands and have it post it in an embedded message in the server to show whatever was requested.
