Paid Closed User Group with Video Viewing function via woocommerce and wordpress

Request for proposal – Paid Closed User Group with Video Viewing function Task Upgrade existing/running WordPress site with functionality that will allow user to pay a subscription to gain access to a closed user group where they can view articles and short instructional videos (that must not be accessible to general public). Business – TabDigLet Translates in English as “Lose Weight Easy”, is a dietary and exercise coaching outfit that sells individual and group sessions locally in Denmark (site is only in Danish). Site info for [login to view URL] The current installation is based on WordPress4.9.10, hosted at Danish provider Gigahost ([login to view URL]). Also installed are standard plug-ins, including Yoast SEO (v7.9) and LayerSlider. Desired functionality The envisioned solution would be based on using WooCommerce to control payment and user access to the closed group – and likely a video service like Cloudinary to host the videos that are only to be accessible to the participants of the closed group. Payment should be WooCommerce, and via PayPal only (for now). Users should have access as long as their subscription is active and paid. Content like articles and videos should only be viewable for those users who are active/paid members. Expected deliverables Configured WooCommerce-based solution for PayPal payments, users in a closed group, and functionality to show videos to participants of the closed user group (embedded from Cloudinary, or other recommended video streaming solution). Make the connection on Paypal and woo working. And, a description or guided walk-thru of the provided setup to enable a super-user to administrate the solution (ie clear payments, admin users and add/delete content like articles and videos).
