Php Laravel expert needed

I have my own website, i want to integrate LTI with my site.... My site on php laravel, so if anybody know about that technology can place the bid and need expert laravel developer for my work. we require the following: To integrate our website <---> with LTI 1.3. Level of Integration: Once integrated, our website should show up "as is" in the LMS.
